AVOID AND DO NOT SHOP AT CHELSEA MEGASTORE

I am advising everybody not to order anything from these people as they are taking more than 6-weeks to deliver also they do not respond to any emails no customer service at all
be aware that once you pay you will be trapped and waiting and waiting with no answers
I am a Chelsea fan and I have been a customer with Chelsea Megastore for the last 14 years in the last few months it has been a total change therefore be careful

Ordered new shirt 13th may has not…

Ordered new shirt 13th may has not turned up no response from customer services shockingly bad from the megastore.Avoid

Do not buy anything

If you buy from outside UK and can't easily drive to the store and kick the door in, please don't buy anything. I have had a product complaint running for one months. Except for a 15% discount no progress has been made. I am super surprised to learn that the Chelsea brand and club will allow such a poor and careless handling of fans.

Avoid!The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a christmas present on 8/12/20 which has despatched and never received by the courier. I have sent many emails asking for a refund and the reply is always the same " we need to check with the courier". The emails are not responded to within the 24 hrs that they claim to. Incompetant and disinterested in any form of customer service. Avoid!

Misleading delivery times,awfull customer service

Have ordered two items for son's Xmas present,both shown in stock and meant to arrive before Xmas.Now it's end of January ,still no item and store even can't give estimated date .AVOID

Do not trust

Item ordered for fathers Christmas present, the item was in stock and said it would arrive within 10 days, it's been over two and a half weeks, and I was still given no tracking information, I emailed the customer service who ensured a response within 24 hours... I'm still waiting 4 days later. I phoned them after 48 hours in which they said the item was now out of stock and I have to wait another week to apply for a refund, although if I'm lucky I might get the item, I very much doubt they'll properly notify me, somehow they still manage to send me 6 spam emails a day about new deals though! I went through the official store to avoid situations like this, turns out you're better going through a dodgy Chinese site, avoid at all costs.
UPDATE, after over a month of waiting I phoned them to get a refund, I asked when I was expected to get the item and I was told the 14th of February! 3 months they expected me to wait for an item they said would take 10 days with no updates. Beyond a joke

Disappointed again with Chelsea Megastore!

My son is a huge Chelsea fan, unfortunately, since it is impossible to receive the order from Chelsea Megastore!! Last year my package was returned, because I never got a message that it had arrived. Post office in my home country told me that there was no contact info on the label (email or tel number) so they couldnt send me a message. This year I decided to give Chelsea Megastore another try. I got NO TRACKING number, no information of any kind of the delivery. Except that my order had been dispatched. One person told me on the phone that it was sent by DHL and another person said that they used another service provider, which could be slower. My package was dispatched on the 27th of Nov and it is still not here more than two weeks later. And nobody can help me, they all are just very sorry. This will be the last time I try to make my son happy with Chelsea items!!!!!
I have made more than 10 orders in the past month from all around the world and all except this one have arrived with a tracking number without any trouble and quickly!

Pathetic/Rude/Arrogant- 0/10 Experience.. Stay Away!

I Wish I could express how I feel right now in ANGER after dealing with this pathetic Business that does not give a care about their customer. Rude/lazy/pathetic/arrogant/useless customer service who cancelled my order after 12 days of waiting without any notification or communication and then the item i had purchased was removed from the website due to high demand and i missed out.
They didnt give a care about my kids/family or how we felt after this pathetic ordeal.
I am a chelsea supporter for life.... but for a global MNC to treat its customers this way is pathetic! They didnt give a single care towards how I was feeling! Pathetic!
0/10 for the expereince. Please do not support companies like this who treat their fans/supporters poorly!!!!

All I can say is avoid this site like the plague. Actually gutted my son supports them to be honest. Literally the most painful experience ordering from them. If I were you I would search on Google and purchase somewhere else.. Id rather pay double than order from them again!

Pretty good service!

The tracking wasn’t the best but the package came in about 3 week from when i bought it a day when it got here i got everything i asked for and it couldn’t be better. They just need to work on the tracking aspect of the store. I did get in contact the company and they responded in 1-2 short days:)
